The automatic SC side seal machines have been designed to pack all types of products of any length, with shrink and non-shrink films, for productions of up to 85 cycles / min.

A versatile machine with simple regulations, it is quickly adaptable to the different products to be wrapped.

Side sealed packs avoid seals over and under, resulting in clear products with or without shrinking.

The SC 200 has been specially designed to achieve high productions, even with frequent format changes, including devices that allow for fast and easy changes without the need of tools.

An industrial PC control system includes a simple and quick communication system through touch sensitive screen which provides constantly a complete diagnostics of the status machine and the control parameters.

BASIC EQUIPMENT

• Automatic in-line feeding on a conveyor belt with product separation and alignment systems of the product and manual conveyor width regulation.
• Motorized 90º film reel holder placed at waist level, with adjustable mechanical perforation and film end detection. Easy loading of film.
• In feed manual moving belt makes loading and changing of the film easier.
• Triangle frame height with motorized adjustment from the touch screen.
• Product detection photocells (horizontal and vertical).
• Cross seal and cut by hot knife with temperature regulation. Easy to replace.

Automatic in line sleeve wrapper, ULMA brand, model SVAGT, of modular design, to wrap different types of products in groups and stacked with flat shrink film.

The sleeve wrapping machines work with two flat rolls of film, cross sealed. Complete closing of the pack is not needed.

Automatic sleeve wrapper with 90º in feed, ULMA brand, model SVA-90, of modular design, to wrap a great range of individual products and collations with flat shrink film .

The sleeve wrapping machines work with two flat rolls of film, cross sealed. Complete closing of the pack is not needed.

• The TR 300 is a shrink tunnel fully manufactured in Stainless Steel for High Speed applications.
• The TR 300 is a shrink tunnel with a heat chamber 1735 mm. long.
• It is equipped with a transport conveyor made of silicon rollers and capable of running at variable speeds which can be adjusted through a potentiometer placed on a control panel.
• The tunnel’s top cover can be hinged allowing accessibility to the inside of the tunnel for cleaning, maintenance and adjustment of the air flow on each of the stations.

Hot air fixed top cover tunnels, ULMA branch and TR model, designed for film to be shrunk around products that have been previously packed in side sealers, sleeve wrappers, flow pack wrappers, overlap wrappers or in any other packaging machine.

• The tunnel’s top cover can be hinged, which allows ease of access inside the tunnel for cleaning, maintenance and adjustment of the air flow on each of the stations.

• The TR 200 is a shrink tunnel with a heat chamber 1735 mm. long.
• It is equipped with a transport conveyor made of silicon rollers and is capable of running at variable speeds which can be adjusted through a potentiometer placed on the control panel.
• The tunnel’s top cover can be hinged, which allows accessibility to the inside of the tunnel for cleaning, maintenance and adjustment of the air flow on each of the stations.
