Please join us in welcoming Dave Weikel as Service Manager in our Ball Ground, GA office. Dave has a wealth of experience in all aspects of customer service. He managed a Regional Field Organization consisting of area supervisors and field engineers where he was responsible for the installation, repair and contract fulfillment in the electronics manufacturing industry. He was promoted to National Manager of Customer Support Operations where he managed all service operations encompassing field service, service sales, parts and accessories, logistics, technical support, technician dispatch, training and machine & tooling refurbishment & repair center. Additional experience early in his career includes work with Raytheon Data Systems as Field Service Manager/Technical Support Manager; CPT Corporation as Branch Service Manager; and Computer Land as Service Manager. Dave has proven expertise in building and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction along with process improvement and driving profitability.
Dave will assist in achieving the technical services operational objectives by working with his team and leveraging the tools available to deliver optimal customer service to our clients. Along with other objectives, he will manage the technical services financial budget, provide scheduling to maximize utilization, grow and mentor his team, and eventually be a key contact for our customers.
